Adrien Broner is finally ready for the big time and Showtime boxing is giving him every opportunity to shine with the release of the December 14th fight card.
Broner of course will be headlining the event against heavy handed challenger Marcos Maidana. Maidans is a knockout artist that hasn’t proved that he can beat elite level boxers in his career. He has dominated brawlers though and has the punching power to pull the upset.
The rest of the card is equally exciting, beginning with a match up of Welterweights Keith Thurman and Jesus Soto Karass. Karass is coming off of an upset victory over Andre Berto. Thurman is an undefeated fighter with 19 of his 21 victories coming by knockout. The fight looks to be the type of good ole slugfest that all casual boxing fans enjoy.
WBC Bantamweight champion Leo Santa Cruz, who is widely considered a top ten p4p fighter, will defend his title against Cesar Seda Jr. Bantamweight bouts always deliver on the entertainment side of things and the sheer volume of punches thrown in this match will be awe inspiring.
Broner will have all the making of a 450+ buy Pay Per View and the opportunity to live up to all of the hype.
