After splitting snaps with TJ Yates this week in practice, head coach Gary Kubiak has named Case Keenum the starter for this Sundays game against Kansas City. Talk about an unlucky draw for your first start. Normal starter Matt Schuab has not practiced this week and his leg is still swollen.

According to Kubiak the team needs a ‘spark’ so they will go with Keenum. Keenum lit it up in college at Houston so maybe he will open up the offense. The Texans ship has been sinking fast so maybe this will help them. Kubiak better hope so or the next spark the team gets will be from a new head coach.
