Cleveland Cavaliers forward Tyler Zeller didn’t play for the Cavaliers Friday night and many thought it was because of a hip flexor.
Cavaliers radio play-by-play announcer John Michael tweeted that Zeller had to have an emergency appendectomy on Friday to remove his appendix.

Zeller is expected to be fine for opening night, and will be out 3-4 weeks.
