Sickening stuff.
Former MLB outfielder, and former 2 time World Series champ for the Yankees, Chad Curtis has been convicted of sexually abusing three teen girls.
Curtis was sentenced Thursday in Barry County Michigan to 7 to 15 years in prison. This is the maximum sentence allowed by Michigan law for Curtis’ conviction.
Curtis was working as a weight room trainer and football coach at a Michigan high school in May 2012 when two 15-year-olds and a 16-year-old accused him of inappropriately touching them.
Trial lasted just one week and a jury found him guilty on 2nd, 3rd and 4th degree criminal sexual conduct.
I know it’s wrong to judge a book by a cover but his mugshot screams ‘To catch a predator’. Good to see him put away.
