Horace Grant believes Michael Jordan could dominant today.

Nobody really knows what Jordan could do in today’s NBA, but former Bulls teammate Horace Grant believes he would have been even more dominant in today’s game.

“No, you can’t compare (eras),” he said. “The rules have changed so much from our days and the Heat’s days. It was more physical back then. Today you can run around without getting touched. Today, Michael Jordan would average about 45 points.”

Grant makes a great point about the rule changes. In the Jordan era it was acceptable to hand check offensive players, if you do that in today’s game you’ll be charged with a foul.

So maybe this bold statement by Grant isn’t too far off.
