It’s good to look back and laugh from time to time.
In what was anything but a fairy tale ending, Terry Francona is now able to laugh at his last season spent as Red Sox skipper, in which the team suffered a historic collapse.
When asked by ESPN the main reason the Indians made playoffs, he stated “stayed away from chicken and beer”.
Of course, who could forget the infamous Red Sox collapse which reached new lows when reports of the pitchers eating fried chicken and drinking beer on their off days in the club house.
Nice to see he’s been able to move on.
