Oakland Raiders quarterback Terrelle Pryor is smoking hot right now and doesn’t want to lose any momentum while his team is on their bye week.
Pryor plans on working with quarterback coach Tom House during their bye week so he continue to progress as a passer.
While talking during a press conference, Pryor may have fired a shot at a certain unemployed quarterback without even trying to.
Pryor said that “House told him that Tim Tebow was throwing the ball really well after working with him, but then regressed.”
“Tebow looked great, he was throwing the ball great, wasn’t missing anything. Then they said he went to [training] camp, and when he went back, he reverted back to himself because [that’s] when the bullets are flying at you.”
Pryor of course doesn’t want to regress as a passer like Tebow did.
“I hope when I get the rushers, people are rushing me, I hope I don’t go back to the old thing,” Pryor recalled himself thinking.
“It’s a nonstop progression. It doesn’t really catch me by surprise that it’s happening.”
