Pictured above is a key piece of evidence A-Rod and his legal team intend to use in his lawsuit again MLB.
A-Rod has a bone to pick with ‘The man from Milwaukee’ aka commissioner Bud Selig, and he’s not letting this photo from 2009 slide from his memory.
ESPN NY reported about the news on this key piece of evidence
“Sadly, this cowardly stance by Mr. Selig is consistent with his past and highly inappropriate conduct in posing, smilingly, with a young fan wearing a T-shirt with a derogatory message directed at Mr. Rodriguez,” the amended complaint reads.
“One cannot imagine the commissioner of any other professional sport — or indeed CEO of any business — doing something similar with respect to one of his or her players or employees.”
‘Cowardly stance’ is hilarious, no matter which side you’re rooting for. Not quite sure if this is great enough evidence to build a case that Selig has it out for A-Rod, but boy is it entertaining to see them try.
This is why A-Rod is amazing.
