Andrew Bynum is trolling Philadelphia 76ers fans, and I don’t expect the reaction to be pretty.
The Sixers acquired Bynum from the Los Angeles Lakers in a four-team trade in August 2012. Bynum, who made $16.9 million last season, never played for the Sixers because of chronically injured knees.
Bynum is a Cleveland Cavalier now, and even though he’s somewhat healthy, he won’t be playing in back to back ball games for awhile.
The 76ers and Cavaliers player here in Philly on Friday night, and then play again on Saturday night in Cleveland.
So I ask 76ers fans, which game do you think Bynum plans to play in?
Bynum will make the trip Philly and play against his former team according to Keith Pompey of the Philadelphia Inquirer.
“I think they’ll probably boo, but that’s their choice,” Bynum said of Sixers fans during Wednesday’s shootaround in Milwaukee. “It wasn’t my choice to get rid of me. I don’t feel bad at all. . . . If I was not hurt, I would’ve played. That’s really the end to that story.”
Lovely attitude to bring with you Andrew. You would’ve played?
It wasn’t your choice to get rid of you?
I digress.
