Andrew Bynum played in his third game as a Cav last night, which was his best performance thus far.
He scored 10 points on 2-of-6 shooting in 18 minutes. Mike Brown is being very cautious, monitoring Bynum’s minutes.
If Cleveland wants to take it to the next level, they’ll need a healthy Bynum in the second half of the season heading into the playoffs.
After yesterday’s thrilling victory, Bynum informed the media he’s still not 100 percent.
Bynum acknowledged that he had experienced “little, sharp pains” and said he wasn’t sure his explosiveness would return. He’s still working on his conditioning and timing….
Asked about having to change his game if his explosiveness doesn’t return, he said he would rely on footwork and skills instead of athleticism.
Bynum is making this seem like it’s not a big deal, but any injury news pertaining to him is a big deal.
