Cowboys Will Wear Solid Blue Jerseys At Home For First Time In 40 Years

The Dallas Cowboys are going for the unconventional approach this thanksgiving.

For the first time in at least 40 years, the Dallas Cowboys will wear blue jerseys for a home game.  Because of an NFL rule that requires teams to wear the same helmet for every game, the Cowboys will ditch the usual Thanksgiving throwbacks that have a blue front with white sleeves.

Cowboys-alternate says the blue jerseys haven’t been worn at home since Dallas left the Cotton Bowl in 1971.
