Jameis-Winston

You have two lawyers doing the best for their clients.

At this point, it would be wise to just wait until we hear from the State Attorney, because we simply don’t know who is telling the truth at this point.

Jameis’ lawyer has been saying the sex was consensual and there are witnesses to back that up, but the accuser’s lawyer refutes that.

To be clear, the victim did not consent. This was a rape.”

“If [Winston's lawyer] had knowledge of witnesses beneficial to Winston back in February 2013, it seems logical that [Winston's lawyer] would have immediately provided those alleged ‘exculpatory witnesses’ to Detective Angulo. Theoretically, Detective Angulo would have taken the statements of the alleged ‘exculpatory witnesses’ at that time. Instead detective Angulo placed the case on ‘open inactive’ status.”

The State Attorney says no determination has been made yet on if Winston will be charged or not.
