John Wall either got up on the wrong side of the bed this morning, or he’s simply not drinking the MCW Kool-Aid.

Coming off his dazzling debut against the Miami Heat, 76ers rookie point guard Michael Carter-Williams will take it up a notch Friday when he battles John Wall and the Washington Wizards.

Wall, one of the NBA’s top young point guards, and a guy who was once a rookie also isn’t feeling the MCW buzz. According to Keith Pompey of the Philadelphia Inquirer, Wall “says it’s only one game.”

It’s a step up in competetion for the young rookie out of Syracuse, but I wouldn’t be shock if Carter-Williams outplayed Wall on his own home court.
