Jon “Bones” Jones to Cover ‘EA Sports UFC’ Video Game



EA Sports has just announced that Jon Jones has been chosen as the first athlete to cover their ‘EA Sports UFC’ video game when it is released this spring.

Jon Jones is regarded as the #1 MMA fighter in the world and he’s had one of the greatest runs as champion of the UFC’s light heavyweight division. He’s the perfect fighter to represent the UFC and is the obvious choice for the cover.

Jon Jones released a statement through EA Sports that captures his excitement, “It’s another one of those surreal moments, one of those moments you just have to step back and pinch yourself and realize I’m not dreaming.”

There will be a second MMA fighter featured on the cover and that athlete will be chosen by the fans. The voting opens today at
