Elizabeth Garner

I hate hypocrisy, if this was a man, I doubt he would be getting probation. Our justice system isn’t about equality.

Never forget that.

Elizabeth Garner — who cheered for the Tennessee Titans until 2009 — was arrested in Tennessee back in March for allegedly following the 12-year-old to a bathroom during a party in February hosted by the boy’s mother.

Garner allegedly then grabbed the boy’s penis over his shorts … and attempted to remove them in order to perform oral sex on him. According to police, the boy said Garner asked if he’d ever been with a woman. Garner later told police she thought the boy was someone else (a grown man).

Garner — who is married — was subsequently charged with aggravated sexual battery and solicitation of a minor for rape of a child, but those charges were reduced to a single felony charge of reckless endangerment.

Switch that story around.  A man follows a girl in the bathroom pulls her pants down to try to have oral sex on her, do you really think he would get 18 months probation and their record expunge after that?

You tell me.

  1. of course not. women bitch and moan for equality but that’s not what they want. They still want men to pay for shit. They still want men to have to treat them like a princess. They want everything to be “equal” when its convenient for them/benefits them…and then shit like this happens. Double standards.

  2. BILLINGS, Mont. – A former Montana high school teacher registered as a sex offender and checked in with his probation officer during his first day of freedom after completing a 30-day sentence for raping a 14-year-old girl.

Stacey Rambold, 54, was picked up at the Montana State Prison in Deer Lodge by a family member Thursday, even as the state Supreme Court reviewed the sentence and critics called for the removal of the judge who handled his case.

District Judge G. Todd Baugh drew outrage last month over the sentence’s leniency and comments he made that appeared to pin some of the blame on the victim, Cherice Moralez.

The teen committed suicide in 2010 before Rambold went to trial.

    • I love how people name one incident in hopes to even the score lol. Bottom line is that women get away with everything, and the double-standard is there. This isolated incident means nothing, would he have gotten probation if he was Black? Nope.
