The Redskins season is over for all intents and purposes. They’re (3-8) after getting dismantled by San Francisco Monday night.
You can’t talk Redskins football without mentioning Robert Griffin III. His completion percentage has went down from 65.6 to 59.9 since last year. Griffin already has thrown 11 interceptions this season, compared to only throwing 5 all of last season.
Many observers feel RG3 shouldn’t be playing, Baltimore Ravens defensive lineman Chris Canty is one of them:
“I think they should sit him down,” he added. “It’s clear that he is not able to run the offense at the high level that he did during in his rookie year. I think Kirk Cousins gives them the best opportunity to win football games right now.”
It’s hard to disagree with Chris Canty on this one.
