I’m not sure I could have imagined that the Richard ‘Rip’ Hamilton I played high school basket against could have gone on to earn more than $100 million in the NBA.
Hamilton has been a winner all his life whether he plays another game in the league. Hamilton currently has no suitors in the NBA, so he may be trying to get his financial portfolio in order.
According to Busted Coverage, you can own Hamilton’s enormous Chesapeake Bay mansion for a small $3.75 million. He has owned a massive Maryland mansion since 2005. Hamilton was of course drafted by the Wizards in 1999.
If you can afford the asking price, it comes with some pretty cool features.
• Gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar
• Living room with wet bar and billiards nook
• Balconies off each suite
• Private pier with a slip for a 65-foot yacht
