Rod Woodson is  a Hall of Famer and one of the best DBs in NFL history.  In an interview with NFL.com, Woodson gave his opinion on who he thinks should make the Hall of Fame, and Cowboys All Pro TE  Jason Witten doesn’t make the cut.

“I don’t think he’s a Hall of Famer.  I love his numbers, but we’re going have to get to a point in our league where you don’t go by numbers anymore.  We never gameplanned to stop Jason Witten like Shannon Sharpe or Tony Gonzalez”

Woodson also felt former teammate, Jerome Bettis, shouldn’t get in over Terrell Davis.  Woodson seems to take the position that a shorter, dominate career is more important than a consistent, long career.
