The Seattle Seahawks will be without cornerback Brandon Browner up to 4-6 weeks with a groin injury according to ESPN.com.
Browner injured his groin against the Falcons two weeks ago and did not play Sunday against the Minnesota Vikings.
“Hopefully, by the end of this week, we’ll know more,” Carroll said of Browner. “He had a pretty good exam [Monday], I know that. But he has a serious groin pull. It’s not just a pulled muscle. He has some tissue damage and stuff. It’s a severe groin pull. They are talking four to six weeks at best. That’s a long haul.”
The Seahawks will most likely have home field advantage or at least a bye in the first round, so there’s no real need to rush Browner back.
