In Sunday’s game against the Browns, Steelers CB William Gay wasn’t penalized by refs for a blow to head to Browns QB Jason Campbell. NBC Sports is now reporting that the league office has gone ahead and fined Gay $15,750 for the hit.

Campbell got a concussion because of the hit and can’t play in the Brown’s Sunday matchup against the Jaguars.
