Finally Aaron Rodgers is getting the message.
Rodgers is trying to rush back to save the struggling Packers who sit at 6-6-1 looking at the playoff picture on the outside.
The All Pro finally admitted on ESPN Milwaukee on Tuesday, via the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, that he’s “still in pain, and not healing as fast as he would like.”
Rodgers said a scan on his collarbone showed no additional healing and that he “would need different results this week in order to play this week.” Additionally, Rodgers felt pain during practice last week.
To recap last week for QB Aaron Rodgers: "I didn’t get better as the week went on. I tried to do a lot of stuff on Wednesday …"

“I shouldn’t be having pain doing simple movements,” Rodgers said. “… Doing quick movements or giving a handoff with left hand, those are things that gave me some discomfort. That was a clue.”
“You don’t see people coming back in four or five weeks from this injury,” he said. “It was tough not to be out there.”
