Dez Bryant Wins “Good Guy Award” From Dallas Media
I think people and fans specifically are very narrow minded when it comes to athletes. It is either they are good guy or bad guy, when the reality most people are a little bit a both.
We are all flawed, but athletes and entertainers flaws are in the public view. Dez Bryant has issues and I think he understands he has issues. He is trying to correct them the best way he knows how and the Cowboys are trying to support him.
If you want to be an optimist you can say this year was a step in the right direction. There were some hiccups along the way, but he’s getting better and that is what you hope for with young players. Hopefully, he is more mature and aware that the star on your helmet makes the spotlight burn that much brighter on and off the field.
