The Dolphins are 8-6 and poised for a run at the playoffs, but the Richie Incognito question still lingers over the team. ESPN reports the Dolphins have decided to keep Incognito on paid leave for the remainder of the season. This, of course, stems from the bullying allegations that were brought against Incognito from teammate Jonathan Martin.
The investigation is still in progress, and the second part of the investigation was canceled last week for unknown reasons. No one is certain what Incognito’s future with the Dolphins will be, but keep in mind that he is on paid leave. That’s not a bad way to be for someone who is known to have lashed racial slurs at his teammate, and essentially created a lot of turmoil in the locker room.
