Fresno State redshirt sophomore wide receiver Davante Adams will enter the 2014 NFL Draft, according to a report Thursday night.  Adams has signed with an agent according to DraftInsider.net.

Adams had 131 receptions for 1,719 yards and 24 touchdowns all while helping Bulldogs star Derek Carr rack up lofty stats and awards this season.

dams was a first-team All-Mountain West selection and was named a second-team All-American by the Associated Press.

For his career, the 6-foot-2, 212 pounder from Palo Alto, Calif. caught 233 passes for 3,030 yards and 38 touchdowns, including nine catches for 73 yards and a touchdown in a 45-20 loss to USC in  the Las Vegas Bowl.

The 6-foot-2, 216 pound Adams has been compared to current San Diego Chargers rookie Keenan Allen. Adams should help compliment an already stacked class at the receiver position.
