Hate to put a little coal in everybody’s Christmas day stockings, but I have a bit of bad news. One star from today’s great slate of NBA games could miss it completely.
Mark Berman of Fox Houston is reporting that Houston Rockets guard James Harden is a game-time decision today against the San Antonio Spurs with a sprained ankle. No word on which way Harden is leaning, but I would be surprised if he didn’t go out there and give it a run just because of the holiday and knowing all of America will be watching.
As tip-off approaches we’ll probably hear more, but it’s possible one of the stars will be sitting on the sidelines today.
