Chris Mortensen is reporting that talks between the Houston Texans and Penn State head coach Bill O’Brien are heating up, and things are moving fluidly.

O’Brien reportedly is the overwhelming favorite to become the next coach of the Houston Texans, and the two sides are working to get a deal in place within the next week.
O’Brien of course just had his buyout from Penn State dramatically reduced to just above $6 million.
