The Tampa Bay Bucs have a vacant Head Coach position now that they have officially parted ways with Greg Schiano. According to Adam Schefter, former Bears Head Coach Lovie Smith is the leading candidate:

Lovie was 81-63 as the Bears Head Coach with 3 division titles and a trip to the Super Bowl. He also spent five years in Tampa under Tony Dungy as the linebackers coach.
Lovie will likely get a job this offseason and Tampa would be a great fit since he the opposite of Greg Schaino given Lovie’s players actually liked him.
