The nightmare season/soap opera that is the Washington Redskins continues. There are reports now that Redskins players have been told that Rex Grossman will backup Kirk Cousins this Sunday against Atlanta. Mike Shanahan will make RGIII inactive.

This all seems to be going the same way as Mike Shanahan played the Donovan McNabb situation when he was sat for Grossman and John Beck. Wow, it was all good just a year ago.
Now the story has another update. Robert Griffin III will be deactivated for the reminder of the season.
