Rob Gronkowski is certainly a tough hard-nose football player, but he’s been sidelined due to a torn ACL. Before the injury occurred, he was scheduled to appear in the upcoming film version of the hit HBO series Entourage. According to TMZ, busted knee and all Gronk won’t let his ACL injury sideline him from his role in the movie, where he plays himself.
TMZ was able to speak to Gronk’s entertainment manager, Henry Penzi, who confirmed that the star Patriots TE will not forfeit is big screen cameo because of the knee injury. He is expected to film his scenes in February, which is about two to three months into his recovery. At least Gronk has all his priorities in order.
