Colin Kaepernick just couldn’t resist.
Kaepernick caught the wrath of Richard Sherman after that final NFC Championship play as well, when Sherman hit Kaep with a choke sign.
Kaepernick did his best two ignore Sherman and his antics for two weeks, but Thursday he unloaded Sherman via the New York Post.

I think it would have been a jump ball regardless of the throw, but Kaepernick just added more fuel to the Sherman express.
