I am a frequent visitor to the Barclays Center because of my work for BlackSportsOnline, and I can guarantee you that it’s one of the top five sports venues today in terms of look, and feel.
The building is sharp, sheek, and a one stop shop for everything you need in the course of a sporting event. According to Nets Daily, you can now get a haircut in the Barclays Center along with the clothes shopping, shoe shopping, and other shopping you can do.
Thats right, GQ will be opening a barbershop on the concourse of the Barclays Center.
We teamed up with Fellow Barber to open the GQ Barbershop, which officially opens for business on Friday, January 10. The 400-square-foot space will be located in Brooklyn’s Barclays Center, right on the venue’s main concourse. We’ll be offering haircuts, shaves, and plenty of GQ-approved grooming products during more than 100 sporting events and concerts.
As with everything else that comes along with shopping in the Barclays Center, the haircuts won’t be cheap. A shave and cut will cost $75 while a beard trim goes for $15.
The following services will be provided at the GQ Barbershop:
- Cleanup, $10
- Trim, $25
- Fade, $40
- Haircut, $40
- Beard Trim, $15
- Shave, $40
- Shave & Cut, $75
