CSN North West is reporting that Lin is leaving Nike, and has signed a deal to rep and wear Adidas.
Houston Rockets G Jeremy Lin has agreed to a shoe deal with adidas, thus departing Nike, a league source informed CSNNW.com.
The source spoke on condition of anonymity due to adidas having yet to have made an official announcement on the agreement. According to the source, the announcement will come on Friday.
Adidas biggest seller is Derrick Rose, but also has contracts with Dwight Howard, John Wall, and Josh Smith to name a few. Lin is supremely popular, and is fourth among guards in Western Conference All Star voting.
Lin is averaging 14.1 points, 2.6 rebounds and 4.2 assists in 24 appearances this season.
