Jim Mora Jr Says He Won't Be Going To Texas | Robert Littal Presents BlackSportsOnline

Jim Mora Jr Removes Name From Texas Job Search

Well Texas scratch another coach off the list. UCLA Head Coach Jim Mora Jr has withdrawn his name from consideration for the Texas job:

To most people this will start to tarnish the Texas job a bit but what this tells me is that the search is just getting narrowed down. Not every coach that publicly says they are staying put actually would get offered anyway.

Most of this is a ploy to get more money and power which Mora already did. He won. Texas needs to make this hire soon though.

  1. Power 2 Tha People says:

Why they want Jim Mora Jr. Over Charlie Strong? This is so dumb that they would take anybody but the black coaches.

  2. Deon says:

Rich Rodriguez turned down Alabama before Nick Saban got the job. Texas advise HIRE CHARLIE STRONG!
