I feel bad for Carmelo Anthony.

Sometimes he’s just trying to say the simplest thing, or give a politically correct answer, but it always seems like he’s throwing Knicks head coach Mike Woodson under the bus.

After falling to Portland for their third straight loss, Carmelo Anthony said any changes made by management, whether a potential trade or Mike Woodson’s job status, isn’t his decision.

“At this point, I don’t really know what’s going to happen, if something’s going to happen,” Anthony said. “If something was to happen then it’s out of my hands.”

Carmelo Anthony, failed to score in the final period and missed all five shots he attempted.

It’s in his hands more than he realizes.
