No Love For Seattle’s WNBA Champs After SB (Photo)

Seattle Storm

Several media outlets mentioned that the SuperSonics’ championship run in 1979 was the last title win for Seattle. Well, the WNBA’s Seattle Storm has won a few championships prior to the Seahawks Super Bowl win; no love for this team:

Not only was Storm’s president and CEO Karen Bryant and WNBA three-time MVP Lauren Jackson upset about the lack of recognition but, also Storm fans too:

    Nobody cares about the WNBA! The ratings prove it! I’m surprised the league is still around. Didn’t the Los Angeles Sparks declare bankruptcy a few months ago?
