According to the Associated Press, the Buffalo Sabres continued the rebuilding of their team by trading perhaps their most important player.
The Buffalo Sabres traded star goalie Ryan Miller and captain Steve Ott to the St. Louis Blues on Friday night for goalie Jaroslav Halak, forward Chris Stewart, prospect William Carrier, a 2015 first-round pick and a 2016 third-round pick.
Miller has been one of the very best goalies in the NHL for several years, he’s won 284 games for the Sabres and his arrival in St. Louis makes them a team to look out for once the Stanley Cup Playoffs begin.
