I’m not sure if he’d still be a Denver Bronco had he made this known, but it will be interesting to see how this plays out.

Champ Bailey will become a free agent for the first time in his career after being released by theDenver Broncos.  Bailey now says he’s open to the idea of moving to free safey to further pro-long his Hall of Fame career.

“I just want to see what people will want me to do. My vision is to still play corner, but I’m a little more open-minded about the season I had last year.” Bailey said. “I’m a corner at heart. If a situation made sense to play safety, then I would consider it.”

A willingness to move to safety could land Bailey a job on a good team.  Anything else, and it might be time to walk away.
