Jay Bilas’ Twitter account is known for many things. The ESPN personality is an avid Jeezy fan, which is awesome, and he also is known for following exactly zero Twitter accounts, choosing only to bless us with his tweets.
At least that was the case until today when Bilas decided to finally follow someone for the first time, and his choice of Twitter account could not have been better.
Wait, what?!?! @JayBilas follows ME??😳😳 thank you!! 😊💚

For those of you who don’t know, Twitter user @adorablelacey is eight-year-old Lacey Holsworth, a Michigan State super-fan who has been battling neuroblastoma, an aggressive form of childhood cancer, for two years.
Princess Lacey’s story and ties to Michigan State, and specifically Spartans senior forward Adrien Payne, was recently profiled, and it will definitely give you the chills. At the very least, her story will make us all want to see Michigan State cut down the nets inside of AT&T Stadium in a few weeks.
Generally speaking, a Twitter follow is not really something that matters, but this small gesture from Bilas is sure to have a major impact on Lacey.
Kudos to you Jay Bilas. Jeezy would be proud. Hopefully this helps you forget what happened to your Dukies earlier.
