Red Sox Prospect Tells Cops He Was “Looking to Get Some P*ssy” before Arrest

Jon Denney was drafted by the Boston Red Sox in the third round of last year’s amateur draft and it seems the 19-year-old has a lot to learn about being humble and making good decisions.

Denney was arrested for driving with a suspended license early Thursday morning after being pulled over for driving erratically.  When asked by police why he was in the area, Denny gave a million dollar answer.

When asked by police why he was in the Fort Myers Beach area, Denney, according to police, replied: “Partying and looking to get some pussy.”

The rich, spoiled kid with an attitude act didn’t end there.   Denny had a friend come and pick him up from the station.  Yet it was Denny who ended up getting into the drivers side of his truck and driving it out of a parking lot.  Police pulled Denny over again, and once again Denny had some more rude things to say.

According to police, Denney said “he was a Boston Red Sox player and he didn’t care [sic] he had money and made more money than we would ever see.” When handcuffed, the report said, Denney said “he would be out in no time because of who he played for and that he made three million a year.”
