Steve Nash Sad

Steve Nash really just confirmed what everyone has been saying and thinking during his recovery. During the latest Grantland documentary about his recovery he flat out said:

“The reality is, I’m not going to retire because I want the money.”

Nash is 100% within his rights. The 40 year old Nash has one more year remaining on his contract, that pays him $9.7 million. This is actually the Lakers front office’s fault for even giving him that contract but for some reason fans place the blame on Nash.

You have to ask yourself, if this were me would I give that up? The answer of course is absolutely not but most fans won’t admit that.
