The Texans have signed former Dolphins safety Chris Clemons to a two-year deal according to NBC Sports. Clemons also visited with the Lions, but hadn’t seen much other action in free agency. Current Texans safety Danieal Manning might have some worries though. The Texans had offered him a pay cut earlier, but now that they’ve signed Clemons and Kendrick Lewis, there doesn’t seem to be a home for Manning in Houston anymore.
