Two women in attendance for a Bruins-Capitols game had to be taken to the hospital when protective netting at the TD Garden fell.
The pole that holds the netting struck the women after the Bruins-Capitals game at about 9:40 p.m.
One woman was taken out of the arena on a stretcher, the other had a neck brace.
Their names have not been released.
Boston Police say both are in their 20′s and they were taken to Massachusetts General Hospital with minor injuries.
The protective nets were mandated after a fan was hit by a puck in 2002. The cause of the accident has not been determined.
