Houston Texans middle linebacker Brian Cushing tore his ACL in 2012 and broke his fibula and tore his LCL in the same knee seven games into the 2013 season.
The former Defensive Rookie of the Year sent out a Tweet Wednesday confirming he’s 100% healthy, cleared and ready to play.

Cushing said he’s ready to get the Texans defense back to where it needs to be.
“I’m just looking forward to playing football again,” Cushing said Tuesday on Sirius XM radio, per CSN Houston. “Getting back, playing the game I love and putting forward a full 16 games.”
