Former Fresno State quarterback Derek Carr isn’t lacking in moxie that’s for sure.

During an appearance on Tuesday’s edition of “NFL AM” on NFL Network, Carr proclaimed himself to be the best quarterback in the 2014 NFL Draft, and said that “the game film would show it.”

“I’m absolutely the best quarterback in the draft.”

Carr threw for 5,083 yards and 50 touchdowns in 2013, but looked absolutely mediocre in a 45-20 loss to USC in the Las Vegas Bowl.  Carr passed for just 217 yards, two TDs and an interception in that game.
