Donald Sterling Will No Longer Receive NAACP Award

Yesterday, word came out that Donald Sterling was to receive a NAACP lifetime achievement award from the Los Angeles chapter. Now following his most recent racist comments, the group has decided against giving him the award:

This is for the best and a good move. However, how in the world were they going to give him the award in the first place? Or how about the fact that they gave him an award already? Especially the LA Chapter that is in his backyard and in theory should know more about his horrible past with racism.

Better late than never for them to realize the truth though.
