I took a lot of psychology classes back when I was at THE Ohio State University and believe it or not little things like this do matter.
In your subconscious mind a man in a suit looks less guilty than a man shackled in a prison uniform. Doesn’t mean the judge should grant Crittenton’s request, but I can see why his attorneys are asking for it.
According to TMZ, Crittenton’s attorney filed the motion because they feel the media will take a million photos of Crittenton in the prison garb and it will make him look more guilty. The judge hasn’t ruled on the motion.
Crittenton is accused of killing a mother of four in a drive-by shooting in 2010.
