Raptors to Pass Out Drake Lint Rollers to Fans

Drake continues to win. After starting a ‘Northern Uprising’ for the Toronto Raptors and turning the team into the de facto “It” squad for casual basketball fans in the NBA Playoffs, the multi-platinum recording artist has struck gold yet again.

A few days ago, Drizzy was caught on camera aggressively going at his pants with a lint roller while sitting court-side for a Raptors-Nets playoff game.

Like pretty much anything else Drake is involved in, this instantly became internet gold. And now the Toronto Raptors are taking advantage of it. According to Word on the Game, the Raps will be passing out a limited number of OVO lint rollers in honor of the Canadian rapper’s label. Seriously.

Bounce, a Procter & Gamble company, has come on board as the official lint roller supplier of the Raptors.

They have produced 1,200 limited edition Raptors/OVO rollers that will be distributed after the game to fans in the 416 Zone, in the square and via social media. The tagline: “Bounce, helping keep Raptors and OVO fans lint-free.”

Here’s a look at what some in attendance tonight will be taking home.

Congrats to the lucky Raptor fans that will be taking this memorabilia home tonight. I’m sure you’ll be able to find them on eBay for a ridiculous sum of money soon enough.
