Hill and Magic assistant GM Scott Perry are two of the names that have surfaced since Dumars stepped down as the teams President of Basketball Operations.
Hill was rumored to be a candidate for the Suns GM job last year shortly after he retired from playing at the end of the 2012/13 season.
