Colin Kaepernick Hat

Tons of questions still remain in the Colin Kaepernick suspicious incident investigation and certainly the NFL, 49ers and companies that endorse the quarterback are watching the situation very closely.

But theyŕe not the only ones who have taken an interest in this case.  The Michael-Ann Russell Community Center, where Colin and a lot of NFL athletes train during the off-season, may ban Kaepernick if sexual assault charges are filed.

“We’re in wait-and-see mode,” said Paul Frishman, Michael-Ann Russell’s COO. “We’re aware of the investigation but Colin has not been charged with a crime.

“If he is charged, then we’ll reconsider whether it’s appropriate for him to train here.”

Kap  professed his innocence on twitter earlier today.

We will continue to keep you updated as details emerge.
