8th seeded Kentucky has silenced all of their doubters with their Final Four run, but they lost one of their key players along the way.
Center Willie Cauley-Stein injured his ankle during the Wildcats Sweet 16 victory over Louisville and although he didn’t play in the Elite 8 against Michigan the sophomore says don’t count him out yet in the Final Four.
“Don’t count me out yet.”
“I’m still figuring out if I want to give it a try or not,” he said. “There’s always a possibility. It’s kind of up to me and my family if I want to give it a try or not.”
Cauley-Stein has been walking around without a protective boot and crutches for the past couple of days, but has yet to participate in practice.
